Our fashion week SS14 best souvenirs

Here we are the fashion week is over ... And we can say that it has been full of colors and emotions ... at least for us ;)

As you already know, we are foremost makeup artists ! And Fashion Week gives us the opportunity to work with different brands or different designers ... Again, we did make up for  Celine Rykiel and Carven shows ..

But this season was a little different because for the first time , we were in the backstage ALSO as beauty reporter ! We think about shu uemura who invited us on Sharon Wauchob, Tsumori Chisato and JC de Castelbaljac shows... Or MAC cosmetics which opened the doors of AF Vandevorst..... We loved taking on this new role and we have been really touch by this mark of confidence ...

What we retains from our super Fashion Week SS14 ... Much ! But we still tried to condense it all in a few lines :

Best times

- The delicious Uchiide , shu uemura Artistic Director ( and his lovely smile ) , that despite the backstage rush and stress , took the time to answer our many questions.

- Monsieur de Castelbaljac came spontaneously take a picture with our cherished Ludo (PR manager of Shu Uemura ) and us ... it was so cute ... Ourselves, we would have never dared to ask him.

.. So we got very little to not hide his pretty  chalk drawing ...

- Inge Grognard ... super enthusiastic, she right away say Yes to the  game of the filmed interview .

Best beauty trends

Eyebrows ! They were still the stars for many designers , not boyish as the previous season , but really strong like jewels for the face ...

 Japanese like Kabuki at Tsumori, subtly glittery at Rykiel, goldish at JCDC or dirty at Celine .

Best fashion silhouettes / details

- The bold colors of Celine ... a true tableau de maitre . A revolution at Céline where we were used to neutrals .

- Ethnic jewelry, flowing fabrics and perfect cuts at AF Vandevorst ... We want them all for our dressing .

- Transparent socks at Sonia Rykiel with with visible colored seam ... That is THE detail that gives personality to your sandals !

Best beauty products

- The new foundation by shu uemura which give glow when you use with his magic sponge ...Launch mid-October and we are looking forward to test it soon .

- As the cream blush and lip gloss 2 in 1 ... Launch in 2014, you must be patient ...
