It is my great friend Gillian Joy, Skincode marketing director who kindly gave me some products which I kindly relegated to the back of a closet.

As you know, I am suffering from acute snobitude cosmetic attitude, and I decided that Skincode was not good enough for  my beauty requirement. Or so I thought ...

Yet knowing my friend GJ, I'll have to trust her. She has a background and knowledge of cosmetics to melt a beautysta envy.

I recently traveled and I was "forced" to take with me the Cellular Body Firming Mousse and the Lifting Moisture Mask. I found it far more practical for their size and content of my canteen of Cicabiafine (400ml), or my Oskia mask in its heavy glass jar.

First surprise, the Cellular Body Firming Mousse, nourish really well and it is rather surprising for a foam.

Accustomed to the rich textures because of my extra dry body skin, I imagined that the foam would not be nourishing enough and maybe it will scratch a little during those few days of vacation.

.

Not at all, in addition to being up to the requirements of my crocodile skin, it is super easy to spread. Smooth and velvety, it is used like a spray of whipped cream, the value of a peach, on slightly damped skin, penetrates immediately.

.

I like :

- Used only once per day.

- It is also firming through a scientist complex  "ACRG2" that stimulates collagen production and increases cellular communication.

I don't like :

- The smell. How would I describe it?? I'd say a poor imitation of L'Air du Temps by Nina Ricci.

Fortunately it fades quickly.

Skincode second favorite Lifting Moisture Mask. I flyed 4 times in a week, my skin hates it and it reacts accordingly. Redness, dehydration marks, scaling, ...

When I travel, I carry my globetrotter kit: stockings, travel headrest pillow, a large bottle of water, moisturizer eye drop. And to avoid pitfalls, once I installed  I cleans/removes makeup thoroughly and I apply a thick layer of super rich cream onto my face and hands, I renew the operation during the flight if it's a long haul.

Well this time I forgot my kit and my skin was in a terrible state.

So I decided to apply a thick layer of Lifting Moisture Mask, I left it for 30 min and then yesss, no more redness or signs of dehydration. My skin is smooth and plumped.

This repairing gel is also a real glass of water for the skin. It intensely hydrates, refreshes, tones, repairs, stimulates cell renewal. Because of it's cocktail of vitamin E and C, aloe vera, CM-Glucan, ...

.

Apply 10-15 minutes after cleansing, then rinse or tissue off. Great to beautify the skin before an evening out. .

For my part, I use it in the evening after cleansing and exfoliation, I keep it all night. For extra freshness and lifting sensation use straight from the fridge.
