The no poo

The no poo

No Poo - conditioner
Out ! the shampoo, far too aggressive for our beautiful curls. From now on we adopt the trend "no poo" and you wash hair with a conditioner. . Less concentrated surfactant, it cleans without drying and respects the nature of our hair. This is not a detergent, however, it contains substances having the capacity to emulsify the sebum, dust, ...  and active care that cleane gently.   The result shiny hair, soft and silky curls, shiny lengths. . Of course, there are conditions: - Must be silicone free, not easy to find because 80% of conditioner are sillicone based. So how to find them on the packaging they are the names of the ingredients that begin with "dimenthl" and end with "cone" or "Xane" - Do not use a nourishing conditioner, which would make the hair too heavy, choose a conditioner for oily hair, again not easy to find. . Then there is a technique for washing :
  • Wet hair thoroughly and squeeze them
  • coat the hair with conditioner
  • massage the scalp and the lengths
  • comb to ensure that all of the hair are infused with conditioner

  • leave on 5 / 10 minutes
  • rinse
Ideally, finish the rinse with 2 teaspoons of organic apple cider vinegar diluted in a glass of water, it neutralizes hard water, tightens the scales and shines hair. . Of course, I tested the technique of "no poo". Here I am, in the Beauty Monop in search of suitable conditioner, without silicone and for oily hair. I found some silicone-free, however for oily hair niet. Then I decide to go for the KorresHerb Balsam Conditioner for colored hair, thinking  will See. . I make a brief topo I have curly hair, dry and most of the time rebellious ... Best of all, my hairdresser did not cut my hair for months, he is  having plans for them ! So I have "no cut" and my hair is half-mast. Conclusion, this  "no poo" wash  was the resurrection, they are shiny, smooth, disciplined, soft curls  a real miracle. . And you have you ever tried this technique ? Tell us about your experience.   Where to find the Korres conditioner ? http://www.korres.fr/ Its value ? € 12.90
