Aker Fassi… poppy and grenadine

This is our friend (and collaborator) Benjamin who brought us this wonderful little shadow from his holidays to Marrakech, "for your blog" he said .... Too cute ... Thanks Benji Darling! The Aker Fassi is a small clay pot soaked in a tincture of poppy and of grenadine which women Berbers use for make-up lips and cheeks. It applies simply with a brush moistened or a moistened finger passed on the stone. It's simple, effective, 100% organic and the result is simply stunning: a red transparent veil, which may be intensified if you apply several layers!
